“Nothing we do is worth endangering ourselves or others.”

Our clear goals for safety and health protection are reflected in particular in the prevention of accidents, work-related illnesses, in ensuring the safety and health of employees and third parties.

This includes in particular:

  • Avoidance/minimization of hazards and risks
  • Measures for the humane design of work
  • Compliance with legislation, regulations and specifications
  • Consideration of the state of the art in technology, occupational medicine and hygiene, etc.

The continuous improvement of SGA management, as well as its implementation at all hierarchical levels, has the highest priority. To this end, adjustments and improvements are continuously sought, consistently pursued and documented within the framework of the management system.

Our objective:
A commitment to continuous improvement in occupational safety and health is our top priority.

“Zero injuries. By conviction and design.”

Self-defined, operational objectives of occupational health and safety management are supported and lived by the management, supervisors and all employees on the basis of their daily work behavior. This includes, in particular, consultation, involvement and participation in relevant improvement and adjustment processes. The management is committed to providing the necessary means and resources.

Core slogans:

  • “We work safer. Together.”
  • Prevention of injuries, illnesses (S-T-O-P-B – Principle)
    (Substitution, Technical, Organizational, Personal, Behavioral)
  • Compliance with legal obligations, regulations, rules
  • Continuous improvement at all levels
